These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AgroTrade Desk platform, operated by AGROTRADE DESK INOVA SIMPLES (I.S.), CNPJ 67.159.621/0001-93. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
AgroTrade Desk is a private deal desk (software platform, SaaS) that helps brokers, importers and exporters organize and structure the commercial information of each deal, from first contact to shipment. The service is in an experimental phase and may change.
2. Proper use
- You agree to use the service lawfully and to provide truthful information.
- Use for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or that violates third-party rights, is prohibited.
3. Content and responsibility
The commercial information organized by the platform is decision-support in nature and does not constitute a recommendation or guarantee of a deal. Commercial decisions are the user's responsibility.
4. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgroTrade Desk is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the platform.
5. Privacy
The processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy.
